Communicating With Other Members

Good communications
  • Always assume the other member is acting in good faith.
  • Give other members the benefit of the doubt. Most problems are caused by miscommunication or a lack of understanding.
  • Don’t take things personally.
  • Try to keep your personal feelings out of your communications. This is a business transaction. If you have a dispute with another member please keep in mind it is not a personal attack on yourself.
  • Insults or threats don’t help.
  • Insults or threats will only heighten the dispute.
  • Every problem has a solution, work with your trading partner to discover a win-win situation.
  • Keep the customer satisfied
  • Good business is keeping your customer happy. If you do that you will get repeat business and word of mouth business.
