Good communications |
 |
|
|
- Always assume the other member is acting in good faith.
- Give other members the benefit of the doubt. Most problems are caused by miscommunication or a lack of understanding.
- Don’t take things personally.
- Try to keep your personal feelings out of your communications. This is a business transaction. If you have a dispute with another member please keep in mind it is not a personal attack on yourself.
- Insults or threats don’t help.
- Insults or threats will only heighten the dispute.
- Every problem has a solution, work with your trading partner to discover a win-win situation.
- Keep the customer satisfied
- Good business is keeping your customer happy. If you do that you will get repeat business and word of mouth business.
