any software program, routine or activity is a serious offense and is not
permitted.
Members using the Axebay site may only modify or add content in those areas
specifically designated for member use. All content must also abide by all other

Reply and send boxes on Axebay messaging.

The bid box on an auction.
In no case may a user block, obscure, overwrite or modify any Axebay-generated
content or pages. All components of Axebay pages are strictly for Axebay use.
Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including

Limits on account privileges
Account suspension
Forfeit of Axebay fees on cancelled listings
Legal action
