If you are selling an item via a standard ad it is your responsibility to mark
the product as sold as soon as you receive payment.
- To do this go to My Axebay -> Activity and select Advertising from the Selling sub menu on the left hand side of the page.
- Click on the sold icon.
- You will then be asked if you have received payment for the item.
- If you answer no you will be told to wait until you receive payment before you mark the product as sold.

You will be returned to My Axebay Activity and the item will remain for
sale.
- If you answer yes you will be asked to confirm if you really want to mark this item as sold.

You will then be asked to input the user id of the buyer. Axebay needs to know this to stop non-buyers rating this transaction.
ii.
Then you will be asked to rate the buyer, please take the time to do this
as it will take less than one minute and it makes Axebay a better and safer
place to buy and sell.
