The seller may choose any transport company
to ship you your goods. You should ask the
seller which transport company they are using
and for the tracking number of the product so
you can track where it is at any time. Also by
checking the transport company’s website and
using their shipping calculator you will know
the cost of shipping which you can compare to
the buyer’s shipping cost. Below is a list of
recommended transport companies:

Costs
The cost of shipping any item depends upon its
destination, its weight and size. You can get
quotes from all major shipping companies and use
the shipping calculators below. The cost of
shipping should be listed in the advertisement
of the product that you have purchased. It is
the responsibility of the buyer to pay for
shipping costs.
Extra Costs It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for
any customs and import duties for items that
they purchase. You may want to check with your
local authorities on such costs.
Insurance
Insurance should be taken out on all items
shipped. However, it is the responsibility of
the buyer to request and pay for the insurance.
This can be added to the shipping costs when
negotiating with the seller as the seller will
have to pay the transport company for the
insurance. All transport companies offer
insurance at very reasonable rates and usually
items under $100 US are insured for free. Check
with the transport company.
Tracking
All of the transport companies recommended by
Axebay offer some sort of online tracking
facility. Both the buyer and seller should take
advantage of this facility so both know exactly
where the package is at any particular time.
This means that the seller will have to provide
the buyer with a tracking reference number.
