The following items are restricted or prohibited because they would potentially
infringe on intellectual property rights.
Counterfeit Items and unauthorized Copies
Bootleg recordings or promotional copies.
Rules that affect how you list items for sale
In an item listing Axebay members cannot:
Encourage or enable others to infringe copyrights,
trademarks or other rights.
Improperly use Axebay Intellectual Property
(including use of the Axebay name or logo).
Include authenticity disclaimers or deny
responsibility for the items offered in their ads.
Use another member’s item description or picture
without the express permission in writing of that member. (To contact Axebay

Help menu at the top of the page.)
